Dec. Payton resides in South Fallsburg, New York. He is the father of 4 boys which are all active church members. Dec. Payton began walking as a Dec. under the Pastoralship of Rev. Graves at the First Baptist Church of South Fallsburg. When Rev. Graves left First Baptist, D.I.T. Payton and his family ,(including his father),also followed Rev. Graves and joined the membership of “New Beginnings” (continuing to be a D.I.T.). ON Sunday, November 13, 2016 the Ordination ceremony to Deacon, was held for D.I.T. Payton.

Dec. Payton has served as a Board member for the last 2 years, and continues to a support to Rev. Graves.
