Churches - Connecting to Demonstrate Unity in The Body
New Beginnings Christian Worship Center, Light House Church and AmorenChristo Church, hosted a combined service. This was a multi-cultural event and a translator translated the service.
The guest speaker for this service was Pastor Miguel Escobar originally of Chili and the founder Terraglobe Ministries.
This service was held at the Lexington Park Baptist Church at 46855 S. Shangri-La Drive, Lexington Park, MD 20653
About the guest speaker
Terraglobe Ministry is a non-for-profit organization, under operation since April 2000. Its founder, Rev. Miguel A. Escobar is a well known evangelist who has traveled to more than 60 countries, preaching and sharing God's saving news to the masses.

Events
On September 28th, NBCWC hosted a "Meet and Greet" Lunchoen to intrudce them self and their collegeagues to the communty. They handed out information on Leah's House a shelter for women and children..
November 21 and 22nd, New Beginnings will join Christian Deliverance Ministries in celebrating its12th year of service to the Lord.
As Always
NBCWC needs volunteers for its Friday Food Ministry. Requires a car and about 3 hours of your time. Pick up, bag and deliver groceries to local families. See the "Food For A Friend" on the Ministries and Groups page for more info.

We honor and recognize our adminstrative assistant Doris Day for her wonderfull help in the office and in various parts of the ministry. Especially her timeless support of the women of Leah's House. Thank you and without you and our others like you we would not be able to serve the St Mary's County commmunity.
